Finding Time

As a father of triplets, who are 2 and a half right now, it's hard to find time to write about the experience.  I am going to be intentional about writing here about my experiences and other topic that I feel are important.
Life right now is absolutely crazy.  The boys are in a phase of non-stop noise making.  Noise is either made by their mouths, or the toys that they play with.  When they aren't making noise, then they are usually into something that they shouldn't be.  It's like having constant white noise while you are doing everything.  For example, at dinner the other night, I had one of the boys just making a clicking sound with his mouth, another standing on his chair, (of course he is the accident prone one) and one naming the people around the table telling us who all poops.  Quite often I have to sit back and just laugh and enjoy the ride for my own sanity.
I don't pretend that we have it worse of then other parents, because I know that parenting has its challenges no matter how many children you have and what ages they are.  I do know that my wife Kelly and I are in a different situation then most parents.  Having triplets has a unique set of challenges that are hard to explain to the other parents.  Most people can imagine what it's like to have 3 two year olds around, and yet their imagination doesn't think about the never endingness of the two year olds.  That is the most challenging of the triplets is that the craziness never seems to end.
I love the boys.  I would not change the situation that I am in.  I can't imagine what it would be like to not have them.  That being said, if you are thinking about having triplets, I don't necessarily recommend that ;)
